Madison Rayne Jones, a one-year-old African American girl, tragically lost her life on December 19, 2020, in Fairfield, Alabama. She was riding in a Volkswagen Passat that was stopped at a traffic light in the 5700 block of Valley Road when a devastating three-vehicle accident occurred.
