In the early morning hours of June 19, 2019, a tragic and unusual sequence of events led to the death of 40-year-old Jerand Deon Jackson in Birmingham, Alabama. The incident began when Jackson was involved in a motorcycle accident. Following the initial crash, he was reportedly carjacked and physically assaulted by individuals who had stopped at the scene of the accident.
