Someone out there saw something. Someone else has probably heard something, and those people will help determine whether Victor Cunningham's killer is brought to justice.Here's what we know. It was Monday, March 5, 2012. Police were called to the 900 block of Garden Street. When they got there, Cunningham had been shot several times. He was taken to UAB Hospital but died during surgery.
