In the early hours of a Sunday morning in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the life of Rashaan Kahlil Hobbs, a 32-year-old African-American male, was tragically cut short. On September 30, 2012, at approximately 1:30 a.m., Hobbs was fatally wounded in a shooting that occurred at the intersection of North 74th Street and West Villard Avenue.
