In the early morning hours of December 4, 2014, the quiet of a Milwaukee, Wisconsin neighborhood was broken by a grim discovery. Jonathan Ivory, a 25-year-old Black/African American man, and another young man, 19-year-old Deshea Willis, were found inside a stolen car, both having been fatally shot. A newspaper carrier on their route stumbled upon the vehicle parked on the city's west side and alerted the authorities.
