Deandre Allen, a 27-year-old father of six, was shot and killed in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on December 26, 2016, the day after Christmas. The incident occurred near the intersection of 39th and Michigan Streets. At the time of his death, Deandre's mother, Shannon Allen, was on the phone with him; just 19 minutes later, a 911 call was made reporting gunshots, and Deandre was found shot in the head.
