A woman is found floating in a backyard swimming pool
In the autumn of 1986, a grim discovery was made in the tranquil coastal city of Virginia Beach, Virginia, shattering the peace of a quiet neighborhood. On the evening of October 5th, emergency services responded to a structure fire at a residence on Black Cove Road. Amid the chaos of the fire, the body of a woman was found floating in the backyard swimming pool. The victim was identified as Charlotte Hall, a 56-year-old white female.
