On a cold December day in 1994, the life of 27-year-old Geraldine Ross was tragically cut short in her Fredericksburg, Virginia apartment. A single mother, Geraldine, a Black or African American female, was found murdered in her home in the Forest Village Apartments on Forrest Village Drive.
