In the quiet, remote hills of Rochester, Vermont, a tragedy unfolded in the autumn of 2001 that continues to baffle investigators and haunt a local family. Dean Webster, a 28-year-old Caucasian male, was found murdered on Saturday, November 17, 2001. A friend, concerned after not hearing from him, discovered his body in the yard of his Sky Hollow Road home. An autopsy would later confirm that he had been shot to death.
