Lou Ron Schneider, a 68-year-old resident of Greensboro, Vermont, was fatally shot on the evening of August 23, 2015, at his home on Breezy Avenue. The shooting occurred following a dispute with 30-year-old Ryan Bacon, the son of Schneider's longtime girlfriend.
