Armando Rodriguez-Uribe, a 34-year-old man, was intentionally struck and killed by a vehicle in what police are investigating as a homicide. Following this altercation, a driver is suspected of deliberately swerving their vehicle to hit two pedestrians. Rodriguez-Uribe sustained blunt force injuries and was transported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The second pedestrian involved suffered only minor injuries.
