A body found in a burned car held at a business that serves as the city's vehicle impound lot has been identified as a missing man from Texas.
Jefferson County Chief Deputy Coroner Pat Curry today identified the dead man as Leroy Langlais, 41, of Missouri, Texas.
Langlais' charred body was found in an impounded car Dec. 30 at Birmingham Towing in the 3300 block of Eighth Avenue North.
