On November 1, 2007, 53-year-old Charles Robert Arterburn was found deceased in Houston, Texas. The circumstances surrounding his death were initially unclear, leading to an investigation by the Houston Police Department's Homicide Division. In December 2007, it was reported that the Houston Police Department had reclassified several deaths, including that of Charles Arterburn, as homicides.
