In the spring of 2022, a domestic disturbance on Highway 165 in North Little Rock, Arkansas, ended in tragedy. On the afternoon of April 12th, police received a 911 call reporting that someone had been shot. When officers from the North Little Rock Police Department arrived at the scene in the 5400 block of the highway, they discovered 52-year-old William Welch suffering from at least one gunshot wound.
