On December 22, 2014, 28-year-old Terrence Garrett was tragically shot to death in Houston, Texas. The incident occurred around 12:05 a.m. at 16811 City View Place. When officers from the Houston Police Department arrived at the scene in response to reports of gunshots, they found Garrett already deceased. He had been fatally wounded, and the crime was being investigated by the Homicide Division, which handles all suspicious and homicide-related cases in Houston.
