Lucas Allen Forbes, a 30-year-old resident of Albany, Oregon, tragically lost his life due to a domestic violence incident on January 25, 2024. The incident occurred when Albany Police Department responded to a 9-1-1 call reporting that Forbes' girlfriend, Hami W. Lee, had shot him in the head.
