On January 17, 2015, 74-year-old Francisco Garcia was found deceased in his apartment at 8711 Town Park Drive, Houston, Texas. Family members, concerned when Garcia did not arrive at work, discovered his body inside the locked apartment, accessed through an unlocked patio door. Garcia had suffered blunt force trauma and strangulation, and his recently purchased gray 2010 GMC truck was missing from the parking lot.
