In the early morning hours of Sunday, November 29, 2009, the life of 27-year-old Rebecca Looney, a female from Memphis, Tennessee, was tragically cut short. Her body was discovered in the parking lot of a Dollar General store located at 4111 Summer Avenue. The initial call to police was for a 'man-down,' but responding officers found Looney unresponsive at the scene.
