Six-year-old Ashlynn Luckett, an African American female, was inside a Hickory Hill residence in Memphis, Tennessee, on the evening of January 20, 2020, when she was fatally struck by gunfire. Ashlynn, a first-grade student at Sycamore Elementary School, was reportedly playing on her tablet when bullets pierced through the home from a drive-by shooting.
