On July 26, 2012, Robert Schmidt, aged 30, and Anthony Conte, aged 26, were found dead from gunshot wounds inside their shared residence at 65 East Yates Road, Memphis. The incident occurred shortly after midnight when neighbors reported hearing gunshots followed by the sound of a vehicle speeding away.
