In the early hours of a Sunday morning in May 2015, the quiet of a Memphis, Tennessee neighborhood was broken by a grim discovery. On the front porch of a home in the 4000 block of Navaho in the Parkway Village area, 54-year-old Darrell Watson, an African-American male, was found unresponsive just after midnight.
