Demario Hughley

In the autumn of 2017, the life of 30-year-old Demario Hughley was tragically cut short in Memphis, Tennessee. On an evening in October, the male resident of the Frayser neighborhood stepped outside of the group home where he both lived and worked. He had gone out for a simple cigarette break, a routine moment that unexpectedly turned fatal. It was there that he was confronted by one or more individuals and was shot.
