Kosai Barouki, a 30-year-old male storeowner, was tragically killed during an apparent robbery in Southwest Philadelphia on December 14, 2008. The incident occurred around 2:00 a.m. outside the Super Wings store, where Barouki was shot twice in the chest. Despite efforts to save him, he succumbed to his injuries. His girlfriend was present at the time of the attack but was unharmed. The couple had recently begun making wedding plans, adding to the heartbreak of the loss.
