Sherwood Blackwell, a 36-year-old male from Pittsburgh's North Side, was tragically killed on May 3, 2009. He was driving down Rhine Street in the Spring Hill neighborhood when he was shot in the head. After being shot, his SUV crashed into a dumpster, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
