Lamounte Hall, a 26-year-old resident of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, was killed on December 1, 2014, in a shooting incident in the Lincoln-Lemington neighborhood. Hall was found in the 1300 block of Manning Street, slumped over in a parked vehicle after a 911 call reported shots fired in the area. Alongside him, a woman was also discovered with injuries from the same shooting.
