Tajour Embry, a 21-year-old male, was killed on December 14, 2015, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, in a tragic double homicide that also claimed the life of 19-year-old Shaquille Maynor. The incident occurred at an apartment building in the Homewood North neighborhood, specifically on Brushton Avenue. The Pittsburgh Bureau of Police received an alert from ShotSpotter, an automated gunfire detection system, which indicated that nine rounds had been fired.
