Death by Force

Deray Pearson, a 22-year-old male from Pittsburgh, was fatally shot on June 14, 2009, in the North Side neighborhood. The shooting occurred at the intersection of Garfield Avenue and Jacksonia Street, where Pearson was struck by gunfire in the back. He was transported to Allegheny General Hospital, but unfortunately succumbed to his injuries. The investigation has not led to any arrests, and his case remains unsolved to this day.
