On July 1, 2019, Ricky Deon Moultrie, a 20-year-old male from Pittsburgh, PA, was found shot to death in a car on Lee Way near Sunrise Avenue in the East Hills neighborhood. Responding officers from Zone 5 discovered Moultrie with a gunshot wound to the head, and Pittsburgh EMS declared him dead at the scene.
