Devin Gastion, a 21-year-old male, was fatally shot on February 14, 2010, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Devin was walking to his car with his brother in the North Side neighborhood when they were suddenly targeted. Around 12:15 a.m., an assailant opened fire, discharging approximately ten rounds, and Devin was struck multiple times.
