Death by Force

Jamal El, an 18-year-old resident of Philadelphia, was fatally shot on May 14, 2010. The incident occurred on the 2200 block of Catherine Street. Philadelphia Police responded to the scene, and Jamal was found with multiple gunshot wounds. Unfortunately, despite immediate efforts, he succumbed to his injuries. At the time, no arrests were reported, and the case remained open.
