Josue Polanco, a 24-year-old man, was found fatally shot inside a crashed car early on November 11, 2021, in Kensington, Philadelphia. Officers from the Philadelphia Police Department responded to the 1100 block of East Tioga Street after receiving reports of a driver crashing into several parked cars.
