Kevin Garner, aged 54, was shot and killed on September 28, 2011, while using an ATM in North Philadelphia. The incident occurred in the early morning hours, and Garner, who resided on the 1500 block of North 8th Street, was approached by a suspect who was described as a well-dressed, light-skinned man.
