Raymond Smalley, a 35-year-old resident of Philadelphia, was tragically killed on October 24, 2011. Smalley was found with fatal injuries, and despite an ongoing investigation, his case remains unsolved. Authorities have not made any arrests in connection to the crime, and details surrounding the circumstances of his death are still sparse.
