Julio Perez, a 45-year-old Hispanic male, was found shot to death on December 6, 2014, in Philadelphia. Officers responded at approximately 8:28 p.m. to the 2400 block of Sydenham Street, where they discovered Perez lying in the street. He had sustained multiple gunshot wounds to his chest and back. Medical personnel pronounced him dead at the scene.
