Kareem Dacres, aged 22, was shot and killed in Philadelphia on January 7, 2015. The incident began on December 25, 2014, when Dacres was shot multiple times on the 1700 block of Pike Street. Philadelphia Police Officers responded to the scene at around 5:42 p.m. and discovered Kareem suffering from gunshot wounds to his torso.
