Eric Westbrook, aged 41, was shot and killed on August 31, 2015, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. At approximately 7:00 a.m., Philadelphia Police officers responded to a report of a person lying on the sidewalk in the 5300 block of Reinhard Street. When they arrived, they found Eric Westbrook suffering from a gunshot wound to the head. Emergency medical personnel pronounced him dead at the scene.
