Baylen Waters, a 45-year-old resident of Philadelphia, was tragically killed in a shooting that took place on October 25, 2015. The incident occurred on the 5100 block of Reno Street. Philadelphia police officers responded to the scene at approximately 10:59 p.m., where they found Waters lying in the street suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
