Timothy McGorder, a 29-year-old Black male, lost his life on April 23, 2016, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. At approximately 7:21 a.m., Philadelphia Police Officers responded to the 1800 block of West Sulis Street, where they discovered Timothy lying on the steps of a residence. He had sustained gunshot wounds to his chest and back. Despite the efforts of medical personnel, he did not survive his injuries. Timothy resided on the 5200 block of North Camac Street in Philadelphia.
