Esdras Otniel-Arias, a 34-year-old Hispanic male, was murdered on June 11, 2016, in Philadelphia. The incident occurred at around 10:18 p.m. when Philadelphia Police responded to a call on the 6200 block of Ditman Street. Upon arrival, officers found Esdras inside a gray Nissan Maxima; he had sustained a gunshot wound to the head. Despite efforts by medical personnel, Esdras was pronounced dead at the scene.
