Murdered

Joseph Brown, a 34-year-old man from Philadelphia, was fatally shot on September 5, 2016. The incident occurred in the early morning hours at approximately 6:34 a.m. on the 4700 block of North Broad Street. When Philadelphia Police Officers arrived at the scene, they found Joseph Brown lying in a parking lot with a gunshot wound to his chest. Medical personnel arrived shortly thereafter, but unfortunately, Brown did not survive his injuries.
