Death by Force

On October 5, 2016, Brenda Navarro, a 47-year-old resident of Philadelphia, was found fatally shot on the 100 block of East Sterner Street. Police responded to the scene at approximately 7:33 p.m. and discovered Brenda suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, specifically to her head, neck, and shoulder. She was transported to Episcopal Hospital, where she was later pronounced dead by medical staff.
