William Bumpess, aged 22, was murdered on December 6, 2016, in Philadelphia. The incident occurred around 1:00 a.m. when police officers responded to the 1400 block of Wingohocken Street. Upon arrival, they found Bumpess suffering from several gunshot wounds to his back and neck. Officers immediately transported him to Temple University Hospital, but despite their efforts, Bumpess succumbed to his injuries later that morning.
