On April 23, 1984, the body of 19-year-old Vickie Williams was discovered in a parking lot along NE Multnomah Street in Portland, Oregon. Her body was partially concealed under tree branches near a construction site along Interstate 84. An autopsy later revealed that Williams had died from multiple stab wounds.
