Nicholas Miljus Jr., a 71-year-old Army veteran from Duquesne, Pennsylvania, was last seen on May 12, 2023. He was evicted from his residence in White Oak, Pennsylvania, on the same day. After his eviction, it appears he survived until his Social Security payment arrived on May 31, 2023, but he did not access his funds for July or August. His family reported that he did not respond via cell phone, although someone was using his phone's data.
