In the winter of 2025, a devoted family man and active community member, 48-year-old Dustin Ali, vanished from his Philadelphia, Pennsylvania neighborhood. Also known as Rahman Ali, he was last seen on the afternoon of December 21, 2025. Surveillance footage captured him inside a food market on the 1500 block of South 55th Street at approximately 3:59 PM that Sunday.
