Aly Kamel, a 71-year-old man from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was last seen on May 5, 2019. Originally from Egypt, Kamel had informed friends at a local church that he was planning to leave Philadelphia and move to Canada. However, despite checking with authorities, there was no official record of him leaving the United States.
