In the quiet community near Milwaukie, Oregon, the life of 29-year-old Wichelle Stockton came to a tragic end on December 8, 2014. A native of the Philippines and a recent veteran of the U.S. Navy where she had served for four years, Wichelle was described by those who knew her as a very nice, bubbly, sweet, and smart individual who was always smiling.
