On April 28, 1985, Allan Joseph Bilyeu, a 44-year-old man, was found murdered in his apartment located on NW Glisan Street in Portland, Oregon. The apartment manager discovered his body in the living room, and investigations revealed that he had died from homicidal violence the night before.
