Death by Force

In the Southeast Portland neighborhood of Lents, on the evening of February 20, 2025, a grim discovery was made inside a travel trailer parked near Southeast 84th Avenue and Southeast Insley Street. Paramedics, responding to a medical call, found a man deceased under what police would later describe as 'suspicious circumstances.' The man was identified as 37-year-old Jeremiah S. McKenzie of Portland.
