On September 16, 1985, Toy Roy Robinson, a 50-year-old resident of Tulsa, Oklahoma, was found dead in a parking lot at 810 East 9th Street. Robinson had been strangled to death, and his body was discovered in an area where he was known to frequent, near North Main Street. The circumstances of Robinson’s death have led it to become a cold case, as no suspects have been publicly identified, and the investigation remains unresolved even decades later.
